What I Do
Branding Communications
Brand identity, visual communication, packaging, websites and environmental design.
Strategy and campaigns. Annual reports, books, brochures and flyers. Posters and banners, menus and point of sale (POS). Signage, way-finding and vehicle livery. Branded clothing and products. Social media and web graphics.
Design Research
Leading research, facilitating workshops, idea generation, presenting concepts, creating prototypes and evolving designs all the way through to development.
Using mixed method approach to research – interviews, thematic analysis, competitive benchmarking, surveys, usability testing, flow diagrams, mapping and wireframes.
Project Management
Planning, preparing, corresponding and co-ordinating with all individuals to ensure a successful project delivery. Working with stakeholders during all phases of a design project, managing client and contractor expectations.
I manage expectations and communicate with all parties in relation to all issues with the project including developments within workload, concept, and production.

My aim is always to become a trusted partner who inspires and enables others to achieve their goals. I have worked with public, patients, researchers and professionals and guided those who have no experience through the design process.
Human Centered
Problem-solving begins with investigating the source of a issue by understanding the human factors and the context surrounding a challenge. Considering all the people who are involved and allowing them to be active participants in the design and evaluation.
Taking an iterative approach to the design, where stages can be repeated within the process, being agile, constantly learning, allowing for ‘aha’ moments.
Design Thinking
Design Thinking helps align all stakeholders within a project, its methodologies offer structure to focus on problems and drive success within a design process.
This is done by envisioning the service experience you should deliver, you then work back from this vision and scope out what's needed to deliver the target level of service.
